At Katrina Barrow Photography, we offer two session options: Classic and Standard. Both deliver beautifully finished portraits, a thoughtful experience, and heirloom-quality artwork. But how we get there can look a little different depending on the season you’re in (and how much you want to take off your plate).
Let’s break it down in plain mom terms.
The Standard Session
The Standard Session is designed for families who already have a vision in mind and simply want guidance pulling everything together. You’ll still receive planning support, styling assistance, and a relaxed session experience.

The Classic Session
The full-service experience designed to take the mental load off your plate.
If you’re already juggling carline, Amazon returns, and what feels like 100 to-do lists, this is for you.
The Classic Session is a white-glove experience for the mom who values quality but doesn’t have time to micromanage the details. You want to look and feel your best — and trust that it’s all being taken care of.
With this session, you’ll receive:
- Professional hair and makeup on-site (so you don’t have to lift a finger)
- Full access to our studio wardrobe, curated for the whole family — freshly steamed and ready to go
- A custom-tailored location and style plan
- A dedicated in-person planning appointment
- A relaxed, unhurried session built around your family’s flow
- My signature calm, connection-based approach (no bribery, no chaos, no “just smile already!”)

Both sessions come with beautiful artwork options, a thoughtful experience, and timeless photography. The difference is really in the level of support you want and need.
